Frequently Asked Questions
We will be adding FAQ specific to our district as we receive questions and comments.

Q. Why can't I log in?
A. Teacher accounts were created using batch files that may have included some errors in email addresses. Email Elaine Dalton and she will rectify the problem.

Q. Why does my computer freeze up when trying to save and close in the lesson planner?
A. This is a known issue on computers with Windows 98. We are working on an easy fix for this issue. Very soon, there will be a Windows 98 Oncourse icon in your Novell Applications. When you double click on this icon, it will install Firefox Internet Browser on your computer. You will then log into OnCourse from this browser and it should fix the problem.

Q. What should I do if i am using Windows 98 on my home computer?
You can download and install the following web browser from Mozilla. Get Firefox! Use this link to get specific instructions for downloading and installing the software.

Q. When I change the settings on a template to turn off weekday labels, it affects all templates.
A. Unfortunately, it is an all or none setting. There is nothing that we can do at this point to rectify this problem.

Q. What should I do if I get the error message that states my system does not meet the minimum requirements?
A In most cases, this means that you have a pop up blocker running in Internet Explorer. The fix is to allow pop ups from this site.
