How To Automatically Add A Signature to Your Email

To have your name and signature added to your email

1. Open GroupWise

2. On the Menu Bar Click on Tools

3. From the dropdown list click on Options

 

4. In the Options window click on Environment

5. In the Environment dialog box click on the Signature tab

6. Click to put a check mark in front of Signature

7. Click the button in front of Automatically add

8. In the scroll box type your name and your school and any other information you would like to add

9. Click Ok

10. Click Close in the Options window

From now on that information will be added to every email you send.
