How to Download a form:
Double click on the file you want to download. If you see a window that looks like this, chose "Save it to disk" and click the ok button.

The "Save As" dialog box:

1.Click on the drop down arrow to choose which drive to save in.
           Drive [C:] is the hard drive
           31/2 Floppy [A:] is a diskette
2. Double click on the folder you choose to save your file in.
3. Type in a name.
4. Click "Save".
Don't forget where you saved it and what you named it. 

Then go to the program you will open it with (MS Word or Corel Word Perfect)
Go to File and Open.
You will get a "Open" dialog box very similar to the "Save As" dialog box.
1. Click on the drop down arrow to choose which drive you saved it in.
2. Double click on the folder you chose to save your file in.
3. Click on the name of the file
4. Click "Open".

*It is a good idea to save it again under a different name before you type in it so your first copy will remain blank.*
