 FOREWORD

The Livingston Parish Public School System serves approximately 21,444 students ranging from pre-kindergarten through grade twelve.  Adult Education services an additional 523 enrollees.  The goal of our school system is educational excellence.  We continually strive to upgrade our schools to provide a climate that enhances learning.  Our instructional programs and other related programs and services are focused to meet the needs of our student population and the requirements of the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.

 

This summary report provides data on all aspects of the school system.  It is presented to provide general information and statistics for the previous school year that may be of interest to anyone.  More specific information about the schools or the school system can be obtained from the Superintendent or a designated staff member.
