The Louisiana Department of Education has provided a
Comprehensive Curriculum
to every district in the state. The curriculum is aligned with state content
standards, as defined by grade-level expectations (GLEs), and organized into
coherent, time-bound units with sample activities and classroom assessments to
guide teaching and learning.
Livingston Parish is providing teachers with a suggested
timeline for the time bound units. The timelines for
core curriculum as well as curriculum guides for non
core subjects are linked below.
