Cafeteria Online Payment System
 
In an effort to make cafeteria payments as efficient and effective as possible for our parents, we are now giving you an online option.  This option can be used for the following:
  • Making payments to your child’s cafeteria account (see FAQ's for fees)
  • Viewing purchases*
  • Viewing current account balance*
  • Signing up for email or alerts for low balances*

To get started:

1)      Go to https://www.schoolpaymentsolutions.com/ (or the cafeteria payment link on your school’s website)

2)      Click on the "Register/Sign Up" button

3)      Complete the form to set up your user profile (you will need an email address)

4)      Be sure to have your student's id # which can be found on the report card or interim and the information below: 

  • Choose State

  • District

  • School

  • Student ID # (can be found on report card or interim report)

  • First and Last name

  • Street Address

  • Birth date

        5)    Search for Student

 

* There is no fee for viewing purchases, current account balances or signing up for email alerts.

The cafeteria will continue to accept payments made in the traditional manner.

    Yes, School Payment Solutions does not use cookies for tracking.  

  • Will my information be shared?
    Your information is not shared.    

  • What type of payment does School Payment Solutions online payment system accept?

    • Major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, Discover,

    • Fees: $2.75 Per transaction, payments on multiple accounts at the same time count as one transaction.

  • When will the payment be posted?
    If the payment is received before 2:00 pm it should post to the student's account the next day.

  • What information will I need to link a student to my account?

    • Student's first and last name

    • Street address 

    • Student’s unique ID # assigned by the school
      This number may be found on the student’s interim report, report card, letter sent home by cafeteria with first report card

    • Students Birthdate
